Terms of Use
Updated: January 1, 2025
Welcome to HighKey — a platform at the intersection of Web3 and AI, powered by the DARP (Decentralized Agent and Resource Protocol). By leveraging decentralized network resources and AI capabilities, HighKey enables users to log in via their compatible wallets, subscribe to various DARP Servers, and obtain answers or insights on a wide range of topics, including cryptocurrency-related questions.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by HighKey (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
1. Service Overview
1.1 Service Content
  • Wallet Login: You may access and use HighKey by logging in with a compatible decentralized wallet. This removes the need for traditional user accounts or passwords.
  • DARP Server Subscription: You can subscribe to DARP Servers—provided by a decentralized network of nodes—to submit questions and receive reference answers or information (including but not limited to topics such as cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, and AI analyses).
  • AI-Powered Responses: HighKey integrates AI technology (similar to ChatGPT) alongside the subscribed DARP Servers’ resources, providing personalized, diverse answers to your questions.
1.2 Non-Investment Advice Disclaimer
HighKey and its DARP Servers only provide information for reference and educational purposes. None of the content constitutes professional advice in finance, investment, law, or other fields. Before making any financial or investment decision, you should conduct thorough research, risk assessment, and consult with licensed professionals if necessary. HighKey shall bear no responsibility for any decisions or outcomes arising from your reliance on information obtained through the platform.
2. Data Collection and Privacy
2.1 Usage Data Collection
To enhance service quality and improve user experience, we may collect certain usage-related data, including but not limited to:
  • Your activity on the platform (e.g., which DARP Servers you subscribe to, frequency of AI interactions, etc.);
  • Text inputs when interacting with our AI or DARP Servers (used solely for algorithmic improvements and training, without identifying individual users);
  • Performance metrics (e.g., crash logs, error reports, network latency, browser types, etc.).
2.2 No Personal Data Collection
Because Web3 wallet logins are used, we do not actively collect or store personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, identity documents, contact details, payment information, etc. Any personal or financial transactions are handled entirely by your wallet provider and the blockchain network. HighKey does not store or have access to any such data.
2.3 Purpose of Data Usage
Any data we collect will be used strictly for legitimate purposes, including but not limited to:
  • Maintaining and optimizing our Services;
  • Improving AI model performance;
  • Statistical analysis of user behavior to enhance platform features and user experience;
  • Protecting the rights and interests of the platform and its users.
For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data collection, usage, and protection policies in depth.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:
  • Infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, etc.);
  • Post, transmit, or store any unlawful, harmful, obscene, violent, false, or socially offensive content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the platform;
  • Engage in malicious network attacks, unauthorized data scraping, or other prohibited activities;

3.3 Subscription to DARP Servers

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, HighKey and its affiliates or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill) incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the Services.
